Google Desktop Search and using Firefox as your default browser

For the longest time Google Desktop Search always displayed my search results in Internet Explorer rather than Firefox, my default browser. Try as I might I could not make GDS understand that my default browser really is Firefox and not that blasted IE.

NHM RIP

Granddaddy died this morning. He was 94. He taught me many things, most of them silly poems and games, some of which I’m teaching to my children. He was a storyteller. He was always kind and patient and in good spirits. He was a true gentleman and will be missed.
