Lily: The middle finger is the bad finger.
Me: Oh really, how’s that?
Lily: Cause when you do this (gives me the finger) is means you don’t like someone.
Me: (Smiling) Yeah, pretty much.
Lily: (Gives me and everyone else at the dinner table the finger, big grin on her face as she does it.)
